About Us
Cricket Press was created by the original owner, Mr. Bill Teasdale in 1971. When our doors originally opened on LaSalle Road, Teasdale provided local printing services to the West Hartford community. In the summer of 1979, Mr. Teasdale hired my father, Tim Confessore as an apprentice.
In 1984, Cricket Press was growing and moved to Sedgwick Rd.
In 1987, at the age of 26, Tim took over the role as president of Cricket Press. Mr. Teasdale continued to work here until he retired in 2013.
In May 2010, Tim moved Cricket Press to our current and much more spacious location at 236 Park Rd.
Tim built the company’s legacy on quality work and superior customer service. He was also known as an ardent supporter of the community, sponsoring youth sports teams and donating his services to countless organizations and fundraisers. Check the credits on nearly every event program for a West Hartford non-profit and you will likely find that Cricket did the printing.
Tim, my father, passed away in August 2017. His legacy of quality work and superior customer service continues forward today with our dedicated team serving West Hartford and beyond.
