  • All orders are custom-made and require processing time before shipping.
  • Standard production time varies based on order complexity but typically takes 2-12 business days after proof approval (if applicable) and payment confirmation.
  • Rush orders may be available upon request and may incur additional fees. This is not a guarantee for any order to be completed in a specific number of days. 

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

  • We ship via UPS & FedEx to ensure reliable delivery.
  • Estimated delivery times depend on the shipping method selected at checkout. While we strive to meet delivery estimates, we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates due to potential carrier delays.

3. Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on order weight, dimensions, and destination.
  • Customers will see the shipping charges before completing their purchase.
  • Free shipping may be available on qualifying orders; details will be specified at checkout.

4. Shipping Address Accuracy

  • Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address.
  • Cricket Press is not liable for delays or losses due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to reship the package.

5. Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 business days with photos of the damage so we can address the issue.
  • If a shipment is lost in transit, we will work with the carrier to locate the package. Cricket Press is not responsible for lost or delayed shipments caused by third-party carriers.

6. International Shipping (If applicable)

  • We ship to select international destinations.
  • Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by their country. Cricket Press has no control over these charges.

7. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
  • Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update in the carrier’s system.

8. Delivery Issues

  • If your package shows as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors or your local carrier office.
  • Cricket Press is not responsible for stolen packages after confirmed delivery.
