2. Custom Orders & Production

• All products are custom-made based on the specifications provided by the customer.
• Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or modified unless approved by Cricket Press.
• Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete order details, including artwork, specifications, and shipping information.

3. Proofing & Approval

• If a proof is required, production will not begin until the customer provides written approval.
• Cricket Press is not responsible for errors (e.g., misspellings, incorrect colors, or layout issues) once a proof has been approved by the customer.

4. Payment Terms

• Payment is required in full before production begins unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
• We accept major credit cards, checks, and other approved payment methods.
• Any unpaid balances may be subject to late fees and collection actions.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or unforeseen circumstances.
• Cricket Press is not responsible for shipping delays caused by third-party carriers.
• Customers must inspect their shipment upon arrival and report any damage within 3 business days.

6. Returns & Refunds

• Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final.
• Returns and refunds are only accepted if there is an error on our part or the product arrives damaged (see our Return and Refund Policy for details).

7. Intellectual Property

• All designs, logos, and materials created by Cricket Press remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Customers must have the legal right to use any artwork, logos, or content they submit for printing. Cricket Press is not responsible for copyright infringement claims.

8. Limitation of Liability

• Cricket Press is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or services.
• In no event shall our liability exceed the total amount paid for the specific order in question.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the latest version of these terms.
