At Cricket Press, every product we create is custom-made to meet the unique specifications of our customers. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is an error on our part or the item arrives damaged.
Eligibility for a Refund or Replacement
You may request a refund or replacement only if:
- Printing Error by Cricket Press – If the product you receive does not match the specifications you provided in your order due to a mistake on our end.
- Damaged During Shipping – If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately.
How to Request a Refund or Replacement
To report an issue, please follow these steps:
- Contact us within 3 business days of receiving your order.
- Provide your order number and a detailed description of the issue.
- Attach clear photos showing the defect or damage.
Resolution Process
- If the issue is verified as an error or shipping damage, we will either replace the item or issue a refund, depending on the situation.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed to the original payment method.
Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
Since all of our products are custom-made, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for:
- Buyer’s remorse or changes of mind.
- Customer errors, such as incorrect specifications, artwork issues, or misspellings not caused by Cricket Press.
